  • Completed University-Level Education totalling 4 Years of Learning

  • Obtained a minimum 1 Year Degree in Education (B.Ed. or M.Ed or PGCE or PDCE)

  • Completed 45+ days of Supervised Practice Teaching (sometimes referred to as student teaching)

English Competency:

  • Completed Education Degree in Aust., New Zealand, UK, USA, Canada, Ireland OR Passed English Language Assessment

IELTS - Academic Module

Min Band 7 in Reading and Writing

Must be able to pass a police clearance

Visa Pathways

407 Training Visa

Facilitating applicants with under 1 year of formal teaching experience, the 407 Training Visa, enables teachers to live and work in Australia as a teacher for up to 2 years, building valuable experience and expertise in the Victorian Education System.

  • Term: Up to 2 years

  • Cost: $415AUD per adult

  • $105 AUD per child

482 Skilled Migrant Visa

Facilitating applicants with over 1 year of formal teaching experience, the 482 Skills In Demand Visa, enables teachers to live and work in Australia as a teacher for up to 4 years, building valuable experience and securing eligibility for Australian permanent residency and citizenship.

Primary School Teacher

  • Term:  Up to 4 Years

  • Cost: $3115AUD per adult

  • $780 AUD per child

407 Training Visa

Supporting international teachers with less than 2 years of teaching experience in their given field, this visa enables teachers to build up their teaching experience in Australia before moving on to the Skilled Migrant Visa

  • Term: Up to 2 years

  • Visa application Cost: $415AUD per adult and $105AUD per child (Under18)

  • Medical Insurance: Required, *Cost depends on you

  • Migration Lawyer: Free

482 Skilled Migrant Visa

Our primary pathway to Australian Permanent Residency and Citizenship, this Visa enables teachers with 2+ years teaching experience migrate to Australia and apply for Permanent Residency once they have completed their term of service.

  • Term: 2 Years

  • Visa application Cost: $1500AUD per adult and $350AUD per child (Under18)

  • Medical Insurance: Required, *Cost depends on you

  • Migration Lawyer: Free

Secondary School and Special Education Teachers

  • Term: 4 Years

  • Visa application Cost: $3115AUD per adult and $780AUD per child (Under18)
